On that day, a total of 15.251 million tickets were sold by the national railway, including 13.355 million tickets sold by railway 12306 network, 14000 tickets sold by telephone, and 87.6% of the total tickets sold by railway 12306 network.

Among the tickets sold by railway 12306 network, 1.791 million tickets were sold by the website, accounting for 13.4% of the tickets sold by the network; 11.564 million tickets were sold by mobile clients, accounting for 86.6% of the tickets sold by the network. There were 231000 waiting orders and 295000 tickets. The waiting rate of tickets issued yesterday reached 82.7%.

According to the railway department, the popular directions for passengers to buy tickets on January 30, 2020 are: Harbin, Shenyang, Wuhan to Beijing; Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan to Shanghai; Nanning, Wuhan, Chengdu, Guiyang to Guangzhou. Some popular directions still have a small amount of excess tickets, while others have enough, which can be purchased in time.

If the ticket purchased by the passenger is an e-ticket and does not need to be exchanged for a paper ticket, please hold the ID card of ticket purchase to check the ticket. If reimbursement voucher is required, it can be printed at the ticket vending machine or ticket window at the station with the original valid ID card used during ticket purchase within 30 days before or after the train starts.
