The reporter learned from Zibo North Station of Jinan-Qingdao High-speed Railway that, in order to further facilitate passengers'travel, from October 12, the first train from Zibo North Station to Guangzhou direction will start to sell tickets, which takes 11 hours and 40 minutes. By then, the number of trains going to Guangzhou in Zibo will increase to 3 per day.
According to railway staff, for the first time, Jinan-Qingdao high-speed railway operates Guangzhou-oriented EMUs: from Guangzhou South to Yantai G2056/7; from Yantai to Guangzhou South G2058/5, all EMUs are Fuxing high-speed trains. In fact, this pair of trains is from Guangzhou south to Jinan West G2056/7, extending to Yantai as the terminal station; Jinan West to Guangzhou South G2058/5, extending to Yantai as the starting station, extending the section into Jinan-Qinghai high-speed railway operation, and stopping at Zibo North Station. This pair of trains will stop at Changsha south, Wuhan, Zhengzhou east, Shijiazhuang and other provincial capital stations along the way, and will also stop at Shaoguan, Chenzhou west, Yantai and other provincial capital stations. Louhe West, Anyang East, Hengshui North, Dezhou East, Qingzhou North and other prefecture-level city stations stop. Reporter Zhang Pei
