All levels of trade unions in the whole road build flood protection line in an all-round way

In the face of the severe situation of flood control, trade unions at all levels in the whole railway give full play to their advantages and roles, actively create flood control guarantee lines, organize employees to carry out daily flood control inspection and labor competition in flood season, provide comprehensive guarantee in all aspects, and unite and mobilize cadres and workers to be the main force in railway flood control and disaster relief work.

In order to ensure the safety of transportation in flood season, the trade unions of various railway bureaus and groups have extensively mobilized their employees to implement their safety responsibilities and form a strong joint force for flood prevention and disaster relief. The trade union of Shanghai Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. of China Railway set up the column of "hidden danger investigation" on the app of "shangtie worker's home", promoted the activity of "everyone looking for potential safety hazard" in flood season, and promoted the effective operation of self inspection, self correction and self reporting mechanism of hidden danger. The trade unions of China Railway Chengdu, Guangzhou, Nanning, Xi'an, Zhengzhou and other Bureau Group Co., Ltd. extensively carry out the daily supervision and inspection activities of staff representatives in summer, focusing on flood control and flood fighting, labor protection of employees, etc., and going deep into the front line to solve problems affecting flood control and flood fighting and the health of employees.

Trade unions at all levels carry out various forms of labor competitions to encourage the workers to play the main role in flood control and disaster relief. The labor union of Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. launched the "flood control cup" labor competition, collected reasonable suggestions around the contents of flood control and disaster relief, and commended and awarded outstanding individuals and groups. The labor union of Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. held labor competition in flood season in 13 specialties to promote the division of labor and cooperation and joint prevention and control of all units in the system. The competition has been awarded to 6 collectives and 67 individuals. The trade union of China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd. organized more than 30000 employees to participate in the "Ankang Cup" special competition for the popularization and education of safety and health awareness and emergency skills knowledge, so as to improve the emergency handling ability of the staff in flood control and disaster relief.

The labor union of each railway bureau group company has carried out extensive activities to express sympathy to the front-line workers of flood control. The labor union of China Railway Nanchang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. formed three consolation groups to express sympathy to the teams and groups involved in flood control and disaster relief and the families of the affected workers. The trade unions of Guangzhou, Chengdu, Urumqi and other bureaus and groups have allocated special funds to provide coolness for key posts and front-line workers. Trade unions at all levels also pay attention to selecting advanced models for flood control and disaster relief, and use newspapers, wechat and other platforms to publicize the touching deeds of front-line cadres and workers in continuous fighting, and create a strong atmosphere of unity in fighting the hard battle of railway flood control and disaster relief and transportation safety.
