Completion of the first stage of safety and environmental improvement of general railway

To promote the safety and environmental improvement along the ordinary speed railway, the key is to build the road and land cooperation. Up to now, the main leaders of 18 Railway Bureau Group companies have reported to the provincial, regional and municipal leaders, actively connected with the Municipal Local People's government, promoted the establishment of the "double section long" working mechanism of the general railway, and established special work teams with local governments. All railway bureaus and groups comprehensively sort out the environmental governance regulations and rules of the general railway and form excerpts and distribute them to local governments and railway units along the line. Kunming Bureau Group Co., Ltd. shall prepare the work manual of hidden danger rectification and distribute it to relevant government departments. China Railway Shenyang, Zhengzhou and Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has developed and applied the railway external environment safety management information system, established various hidden danger information databases and files, and implemented the whole process management of inspection, rectification and acceptance.

All railway bureaus and groups adhere to the establishment, investigation and reform, and give priority to the rectification of prominent problems affecting the traffic safety, and eliminate a number of typical safety hazards. The Shanghai Bureau Group Company holds a weekly dialogue on safety and environmental management of general railway to supervise and coordinate the rectification work for more complicated problems. The group company of Hohhot Bureau studied solutions to the key problems found in the investigation one by one, and organized rectification and cancellation. China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. promotes the common railway management of Beijing Harbin line, coordinates the local government's investment, and afforests the environment within 100 meters on both sides of the railway.

All Railway Bureau Group companies actively carry out publicity and education, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the people to love and protect the road, and create a good social atmosphere. China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. printed 100000 copies of "a letter to the people along the railway", and produced a public welfare propaganda film to play on the station cars. Urumqi Bureau Group Company issued the implementation measures for the prevention of potential safety hazards to reward the people along the line for finding and preventing railway safety hazards.

In July, the railway department started the second stage of comprehensive management of safety and environment of general railway.
