At 14:30 on April 13, Shandong's first special train for returning to Xinjiang started from Jinan Station and headed for Shihezi station in Xinjiang. More than 900 Shihezi University students took the full sleeper train from Jinan Station and Shijiazhuang north station, which was on duty by China Railway Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and embarked on the journey back to Xinjiang.

In order to do a good job in the organization of student transportation, Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. requires that before the departure of the special train, the crew members shall carry out unified centralized disinfection of the whole train. Jinan Station will connect with the team leader and teachers in advance, formulate the boarding plan, improve the epidemic prevention and control and service measures in the links of students' arrival, waiting and riding, and provide students with "five special services" of special person contact, special window ticket collection, special channel, special area waiting and special person guidance.

On the way of train operation, the steward shall measure the temperature of passengers regularly, and disinfect the key parts such as the tea stove, hand washing table and toilet regularly. The train is also equipped with special anti epidemic emergency package, protective clothing, goggles, masks, medical gloves, disinfectant and other protective articles, which are used for the protection and emergency disposal of passengers with abnormal temperature. In view of the need to declare personal information and recent itinerary when entering Xinjiang, before the train arrives, the stewards will send the prepared QR code to the students to scan the code and declare in advance, so as to facilitate the students' centralized exit.
