National Railway Group carries out safety production inspection

This work safety inspection focuses on flood control, construction and environmental safety outside the road, adheres to the problem orientation and highlights the source control. China Railway Group requires all railway units to further strengthen the main responsibility of safety production, do a good job in safety risk management and control and troubleshooting of potential safety hazards, find and eliminate a number of serious potential dangers that threaten railway safety, resolutely curb serious accidents, ensure the safety of high-speed railway and passenger train, and ensure the safety and continuous stability of railway transportation.

China Railway Group strengthened organization and leadership, established two supervision and inspection groups for flood control, construction and off road environmental safety and three professional safety supervision and inspection groups, and carried out key inspections from six aspects of flood control safety, construction safety, environmental safety, on-site operation, equipment quality and emergency response. While strictly implementing the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, each supervision and inspection team should make clear the key inspection points such as key places and key links, and focus on finding and solving problems. Each safety supervision special office shall establish a safety supervision and inspection team with special personnel as the team leader and relevant special personnel assistants as the members to organize the supervision and inspection of the Railway Bureau Group Company under its jurisdiction.

At present, eight Southern Railway Bureau Group companies, including Wuhan, Guangzhou, Nanning and Chengdu, have entered the flood season. Other Railway Bureau Group companies have also started in advance to seriously study and deploy flood control safety work during the flood season. According to the requirements of China Railway Group, it is required to focus on checking whether the hidden danger of flood control safety is fully covered without omission, whether effective treatment and guard measures have been taken for the problems found in the investigation, checking the implementation of management of key places for flood control, rainfall warning system and post rain patrol and guard system, implementation of driving safety measures in flood season, formulation of flood control and emergency plan, personnel training Drill situation, flood control and rescue materials, equipment, flood control vehicles, rescue equipment and other rescue materials. Each railway bureau group company shall, in combination with this major safety production inspection, organize thorough investigation of potential safety hazards in flood control, take timely remediation and guard measures, and thoroughly eliminate potential safety hazards.
