Completion of main structure of Jingxiong yard of xiong'an station of Jingxiong Intercity Railway

At about 9:00 on May 29, the last steel beam of the main steel structure of Jingxiong yard of xiong'an station of Jingxiong intercity railway was hoisted in place smoothly, marking the successful completion of the main structure of Jingxiong yard of the station, laying a foundation for the opening of Jingxiong Intercity Railway on schedule.

Xiongan station is located in the northeast of Xiongxian City, which is the largest new station of Jingxiong intercity railway. The gap between the roof of the station forms a distinctive "Optical Valley". "Optical Valley" naturally divides the station into East and west areas, with Jingxiong parking lot in the West and Jinxiong parking lot reserved in the East. The total construction area of the station is 475000 square meters, with 11 sets of 19 lines in total, including 7 sets of 12 lines in Jingxiong parking lot, 4 sets of 7 lines in Jinxiong parking lot, with a total height of 47.5 meters, 5 floors in total, 3 floors above the ground, 2 floors underground, and some mezzanine.

At present, the construction of 45600 square meters platform concrete structure, 18000 square meters elevated waiting hall steel structure floor slab, and 120000 square meters steel structure roof with a span of 606 meters have been completed. Through inspection, the first-class weld of nearly 20000 linear meters in Jingxiong yard has a pass rate of 100%. Next, the project will be fully transferred to the stage of indoor and outdoor decoration and mechanical and electrical equipment installation.

In June 2019, China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. planned to arrange Shijiazhuang construction section to intervene in the construction work in advance. In view of a large number of new technologies and new technologies used in the construction of xiong'an station, such as cable curtain wall, assembly platform, as cast finish concrete beam and column, a special research group was established to explore the maintenance mode, difficulty, period and other issues of new equipment, focusing on The intelligent operation and maintenance of xiong'an station building is researched to meet the intelligent operation requirements of xiong'an station. Based on the operation and maintenance management experience of high-speed railway station building, the optimization suggestions are put forward from the perspective of serving passengers, so as to realize the effective connection of early design, construction and later operation and maintenance management, and make the passenger travel experience better.
