The railway transportation for May Day holiday officially kicked off today. From April 30 to May 5, the national railway is mainly based on the daily and weekend maps of the train operation chart, supplemented by the peak map, and the transportation capacity is accurately arranged. According to the relevant person in charge of the passenger transport department of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd., as the situation of domestic epidemic prevention and control continues to improve, it is expected that the passenger flow of family visits and short and medium distance tourism will pick up during the May Day holiday, and the railway department will closely track the passenger flow changes, accurately arrange the train operation, and strive to do a good job of transportation services for the passenger's holiday travel.
First, arrange the transportation capacity accurately. Based on the daily diagram and weekend diagram of train operation diagram, supplemented by peak diagram, train reconnection, full marshalling or full axle operation shall be arranged in the direction of full passenger flow. From April 30 to May 5, the railway department operates more than 5700 passenger trains every day, an increase of more than 700 compared with the average day before the festival day, and makes full preparations for the personnel and vehicles, so as to increase the number of trains at any time according to the change of passenger flow.
The second is to open more than 30 moving and sleeping trains from Xifa to HSR. On April 30 and may 5, the railway department opened more than 30 xi fa Chao to high-speed rail moving and sleeping trains from Beijing West to Shenzhen North, Zhanjiang West, Zhuhai, Kunming south, Guiyang North, Shanghai to Shenzhen North, Shanghai Hongqiao to Guangzhou south, Zhuhai and other sections for the convenience of passengers.
Third, e-ticket improves travel experience. On April 29, e-ticket was implemented for Lanzhou Urumqi high-speed railway, and full coverage of e-ticket was realized for inland high-speed railway and intercity railway. During the holiday period, passengers can purchase, refund and change their e-tickets through the Internet, realize "one pass" and non-contact access to the station with valid identity documents, more conveniently and quickly carry out real name verification, check-in and check-up, effectively prevent the risk of ticket loss and purchase of fake tickets, and the travel experience will be further improved.
Fourth, we will continue to offer discounts on the ticket prices of more than 200 multiple unit trains of 25 intercity railways, including Guangzhou Zhuhai intercity railway, with a maximum discount of 50% to promote local people to travel around and around.
Fifth, we will continue to strengthen prevention and control measures against the epidemic. Adhere to the regular epidemic prevention and control, do a good job in the prevention and control of station vehicle epidemic and railway transportation services, strictly implement the station vehicle temperature measurement, ventilation and disinfection, set up emergency isolation seats and other epidemic prevention measures, and strive to ensure the health and safety of passengers and railway workers.
