The railway makes good use of goods to make up passengers to increase transportation and income

In order to solve the problem of insufficient loading and unloading labor, Wuhan Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and other Railway Bureau Group companies organized employees to set up loading and unloading commandos to ensure the prevention and control, unloading of key materials and fashion, and keeping the whole road free of stop and limit loading. As of March 10, 11885 batches and 254082 tons of epidemic prevention and control materials had been shipped, including 7262 batches and 34904 tons of epidemic prevention materials, 4623 batches and 219178 tons of living materials, and 365 batches and 9332 people of medical and control personnel.

In view of the impact of the epidemic on the passenger flow of the railway spring festival transportation, China Railway Group adjusted the transportation strategy in time, changed the work of Spring Festival transportation after the festival from focusing on customers to focusing on goods, and made every effort to organize and grasp the increase of freight transportation and revenue. Each Railway Bureau Group Company acted quickly, formulated detailed measures in combination with the actual situation of the bureau group company, and achieved initial results in increasing freight transportation and revenue of the whole railway. In February, the national railway cargo delivery volume was 252380000 tons, an increase of 18.95 million tons or 8.1% year on year. 14 Railway Bureau Group companies achieved year-on-year growth in goods delivery, of which Xi'an Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. increased by 56.9%.

According to the unified deployment of China Railway Group, each railway bureau group company has firm confidence and fine organization, focusing on 10 key tasks, such as opening up and accepting the transportation demand of enterprises to resume production and work, dynamically improving the assessment mechanism for increasing transportation and income, comprehensively launching the implementation of medium and long-term coal contracts and mutual insurance agreements for transportation volume in 2020, and implementing the incremental plan of Haoji line. At present, the incremental plan of Haoji railway has been promoted in an orderly manner, and the comprehensive marketing strategy based on port alumina, alumina into Xinjiang and aluminum ingots from Northwest China has been preliminarily formulated. China Railway Hohhot Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and Huaneng Group Inner Mongolia 4 home appliances factory have completed the signing of the "public to rail" traffic volume mutual guarantee agreement, with a year-on-year growth of railway traffic of 25.7%.

In view of the current situation that a large number of passenger cars are out of service and the capacity of trunk roads is relatively loose, China Railway Group timely adjusted the outline plan of this year's centralized repair to release the capacity of freight volume in the second half of the year. At present, the centralized repair and construction of neiliu, Jinghu, Shitai, Shide and other lines take the lead in the implementation, the deployment of new boxes and the use of trucks in the charge of bureau group company are accelerated, and various schemes and measures to increase transportation and income are effectively implemented.

In February, despite the impact of various adverse factors such as the epidemic situation, the daily average loading of the whole road still reached 142000 vehicles, an increase of 6939 vehicles or 5.2% over the same period of last year, showing a good recovery momentum. China Railway Xi'an and Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. also set a record of single day loading.

At the same time of increasing freight transportation and revenue, all units of the transportation system conscientiously implement the key transportation work.

We will strengthen China Europe train transport organization. Relevant railway bureau group companies and China Railway Container Transportation Co., Ltd. actively respond to the concerns of customers, fully open up the acceptance demand, do a good job in transportation capacity guarantee, strengthen the contact with neighboring railways, timely grasp the overseas railway and port transportation dynamics, and coordinate to respond to the new situations and problems. In view of the impact of the epidemic situation at the port station, the railway has formulated temporary handover operation methods to ensure the smooth handling of relevant businesses, the normal and orderly handover at the port and the safe and smooth international logistics channel. At present, the operation of the train to Cheng has gradually resumed, with 14 trains running every day in the middle and last ten days of February, the maximum one day reaching 19 trains.

After the festival, staggered peak return transportation was carried out in an orderly manner. According to the direction of relatively tight capacity, the railway will develop additional standby plans to ensure that it can meet the needs of return passenger flow after saving. All railway bureaus and groups actively contact the input and output governments of migrant workers, and organize the return workers to travel in a centralized way by means of "point-to-point" transportation such as the opening of special trains for migrant workers and the implementation of car compartments. As of March 10, 289 special trains for migrant workers have been set up, with 1205 car compartments and 301000 people transported.
