From January 15 to 19, Lu Dongfu, chairman of the board of directors and Secretary of the Party group of China Railway Group, successively went to Jinan, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu Bureau Group Company to inspect and guide the Spring Festival railway transportation before the festival. In Jinan west, Xuzhou East, Shanghai Hongqiao, Shanghai, Guangzhou south, Guiyang North, Chengdu East, Chongqing north railway station and Shanghai locomotive depot, he has a detailed understanding of Spring Festival passenger flow, boarding and landing organization, security inspection and risk inspection, passenger service, post setting, personnel allocation, equipment management and control, emergency preparation, Spring Festival locomotive quality assurance, repair system reform, locomotive crew management, etc., emphasizing pre Festival The passenger flow of family visits, migrant workers, students and tourism is highly overlapped, and the meteorological conditions are complex and changeable. We should firmly establish the safety first idea, pay close attention to the key links such as boarding and landing safety, fire safety, food safety, anti-terrorism and anti riot, further clarify responsibilities, implement measures, plug loopholes, and resolutely ensure the safety of high-speed rail and passenger trains. We should strengthen the dynamic analysis and judgment of passenger flow, scientifically allocate transportation capacity resources, comprehensively implement various service measures, strengthen the effective connection between railway and other transportation modes, and continuously improve the travel experience of passengers. It is necessary to strengthen the emergency response work of Spring Festival transportation, improve the emergency plan, prepare all emergency personnel, materials and equipment, and ensure the scientific, orderly and efficient disposal in case of emergencies. When Tiancheng inspected the high-speed railway lines such as Beijing Shanghai, Guiyang Guangzhou and Chengdu Guiyang, he required to strengthen the dynamic detection and monitoring of the high-speed railway line equipment, scientifically formulate the maintenance plan, and improve the maintenance quality. We should continue to do a good job in the comprehensive management of environmental safety of high-speed rail, consolidate the results of centralized management, and promote the formation of a long-term mechanism to ensure environmental safety of high-speed rail. From January 9 to 11 and January 16, Yang Yudong, general manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party group of China Railway Group, successively visited Qinghai Tibet group company, Lanzhou and Zhengzhou Bureau Group Company to inspect and guide the Spring Festival transportation work, visited cadres and workers at the front line of the Spring Festival transportation, and took additional trains to inspect the environmental improvement along the Beijing Guangzhou high speed railway. At Xining, Lanzhou West, Lanzhou, Zhengzhou East and other stations, he went deep into the waiting hall, platform, security checkpoint and service desk, understood in detail the organization of Spring Festival transportation and passenger delivery of the station, required to maximize the potential of transportation, dynamically optimize the ticket sales strategy, effectively cope with the peak passenger flow, and ensure good transportation order. He pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the investigation of all kinds of potential safety hazards, compact the responsibility of safety package and ensure the implementation of various safety measures. We should implement various measures to facilitate and benefit the people, and effectively enhance the sense of gain, happiness and security of passengers. In the dispatching station and marshalling station, he requires to actively explore a reasonable and efficient transport organization mode to ensure the safety and convenience of passengers. We should strengthen the unified command of dispatching, actively optimize the transportation organization, and strive to achieve the goal of freight increment. On the Beijing Guangzhou high-speed railway, he pointed out that we should take multiple measures and take comprehensive measures, based on the combination of the current and long-term perspective, improve the working mechanism, promote the construction of the legal system, strive to achieve the treatment of the external environmental hazards of the high-speed railway, ensure the safety of the high-speed railway, and make every effort to ensure the safety of the spring transportation.

Chairman of China Railway Federation of trade unions, chief accountant, chief engineer, chief economist, chief safety officer, deputy chief engineer, deputy chief accountant and deputy chief economist of China Railway Group also went to each railway bureau group company to inspect the Spring Festival transportation work and visit the front-line cadres and staff.
