Railway departments strengthen services to guide and facilitate the use of electronic tickets by passengers
On January 13, the fourth day of the Spring Festival, the national railway is expected to send 11.14 million passengers, a year-on-year increase of 19.1%. At present, 1020 railway stations across the country have opened e-ticket business, which basically covers high-speed railway and intercity railway. Passengers can enter the station and take a bus by swiping their identity cards. Railway departments should strengthen service guidance to facilitate the use of electronic tickets by passengers. On January 12, the national railway sent 11.539 million passengers, a year-on-year increase of 2.454 million, an increase of 27.0%. The railway transportation was safe, stable and orderly. On February 12, the railway department began to sell tickets for February 10 (January 17). 12.906 million tickets were sold for railways across the country, including 11.057 million tickets sold for railway 12306 network, accounting for 85.7% of the total ticket sales. At present, the popular directions for passengers to buy tickets on February 10 are: Beijing to Shenyang and Harbin; Beijing to Hefei and Fuyang; Shanghai to Chengdu and Chongqing; Guangshen to Chengdu, Guiyang and Chongqing. There are still a small number of excess tickets in the popular direction, and sufficient in other directions, which can be purchased by passengers in time. Since last year, the railway department has comprehensively promoted e-ticket in high-speed railway and intercity railway, realized the electronization of transport contract voucher, paperless boarding voucher and on-demand provision of reimbursement voucher, and further improved the travel experience of the vast number of passengers. At present, it has covered 1020 stations. After the implementation of e-ticket, passengers can quickly enter the station without taking paper ticket in advance and swiping ID card. If reimbursement voucher is required, it can be printed at any station or ticket window in the country with the original valid ID card used during ticket purchase within 30 days before or after the train starts. In order to facilitate the use of e-tickets by passengers, local railway departments organize staff and volunteers to strengthen service and publicity, and guide passengers to adapt to new business, new processes and new equipment. Harbin, Jinan and Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. make posters and user manuals of e-ticket purchase, arrival, boarding and related knowledge, so as to facilitate passengers to understand e-ticket business. Hohhot Bureau Group Co., Ltd. launched the "five special" services of e-ticket, which are "special platform, special waiting area, special channel, special service and special guide". Beijing and Taiyuan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. arrange special personnel to answer questions and provide service guidance for passengers in key stations. Wuhan and Nanchang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. publicized the use methods of students' e-tickets in various ways to provide convenience for students' tourists. Lanzhou Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. sets "electronic ticket information desk" on each EMU train to help passengers use the electronic ticket well. The railway department reminds the majority of passengers that the passenger flow is concentrated during the Spring Festival transportation. Please take the ticket and the valid ID card consistent with the ticket information, check the information of the time, station, train number, etc., and reserve sufficient time for security check and transfer, so as not to delay the journey. At the same time, the Railway Department reminded that the EMU is a fully closed, non-smoking train. For the sake of your and other passengers' safety and health, please do not smoke in any part of the train.
