Reporters learned from Lhasa Railway Station in Tibet that during the National Day from October 1 to 7, Lhasa Railway Station sent 43,157 passengers, a decrease of 9,329, or 17.7%, compared with the same period last year, and 38,161 passengers, a decrease of 8,469, or 18.2%, compared with the same period last year. The daily average number of passengers is 6165, and October 7 is the peak day of passenger flow. "On October 7, we sent 6,517 passengers, the largest number on a single day during the National Day." Lhasa Railway Station staff said. During the National Day, Lhasa Railway Station mainly carries family visits, tourist flows and business flows. According to the analysis, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are still popular cities for ticket purchases from Lhasa Railway Station.
