Recently, the national development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced that it would invest 200 million yuan within the central budget to support the construction of demonstration projects of China Europe train assembly center in Zhengzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Xi'an and Urumqi, so as to promote the transformation from "point-to-point" to "hub to hub" and accelerate the formation of "trunk and branch integration and hub" "New Zealand distribution" efficient collection and distribution system.

China Europe train is the flagship project and star brand of the belt and road initiative, and an important carrier for deepening practical cooperation between Asian and European countries. In the first half of the year, the number of China Europe trains increased significantly, with 5122 trains running, up 36% year on year. In June, 1169 trains were operated in China and Europe, setting a new record for the number of trains in a single month.

Since this year, China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. has conscientiously implemented the central "six stability" and "six guarantees" decision-making and deployment, actively took effective measures to give full play to the strategic channel role of China EU train, and promoted the train to play an important role in serving international cooperation in epidemic prevention and ensuring the stability of foreign trade industry chain supply chain.

With the continuous improvement of the domestic epidemic prevention and control situation, the railway departments quickly load and transport all kinds of epidemic prevention materials, and give priority to the transportation of international cooperation anti epidemic materials. Since the first China EU train carrying international cooperation anti epidemic materials opened from Yiwu on March 21, the China EU train has delivered 3.67 million pieces and 27 thousand tons of international cooperation anti epidemic materials in the first half of the year. In the case that more goods choose to be transported by China Europe train, the railway departments should make every effort to receive, transport and guarantee as much as possible, so as to undertake and transfer the source of goods. In the first half of the year, the total volume of goods transported by China Europe Express reached 461000 TEUs, up 41% year on year. In view of the increase of the operation volume caused by the rapid growth of the train traffic volume, the railway department coordinates with the port supervision department to increase the personnel strength, innovate the handover operation mode, strengthen the real-time monitoring and control of the transportation organization, so as to ensure the safety and smooth flow of the port stations; give full play to the role of the international coordination mechanism to ensure the smooth information with the railway departments of the countries along the line, and coordinate the implementation of three trains and two trains of wide gauge section for overseas railways Combined transportation, jointly reduce the transportation time limit and improve the transportation efficiency. The railway department has also launched 95306 "digital port" system at all railway port stations across the country, realizing comprehensive information sharing and paperless customs clearance with the customs and railway companies of surrounding countries, and promoting all parties in international railway transport to realize online data sharing, rapid declaration and query, automatic translation of Chinese and foreign information, greatly reducing the customs clearance time and making the customer experience more efficient and convenient.
