On June 30, 2011, the 1318 km long Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway, which runs through seven provinces and cities, was the first high-speed railway with the longest mileage and the highest technical standard in the world at that time. It created China's leading standard and speed in the world, and became a model of high-speed railway construction and operation in China and even the world, and produced good economic and social benefits. The world's high-speed rail looks at China, and China's high-speed rail looks at Beijing and Shanghai. Over the past nine years, Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway has won the unanimous recognition and praise from all walks of life for its excellent brand image, obvious location advantages, first-class technical standards, leading transportation efficiency and excellent service quality. Since the construction of Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway, especially after its operation, the ecological and cultural environment along the line has been improved day by day, and the economic development has entered the fast lane. From north to south, high-tech zones around the 24 stations have taken shape, enterprises are vigorous, and high-rise buildings have sprung up. The Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway is like a silk belt, connecting the two economic circles of "Bohai Rim" and "Yangtze River Delta" and the "pearls" along the line, accelerating the flow of people, logistics, information and capital, thus forming a vigorous and promising economic growth belt. Over the past nine years, Beijing Shanghai high-speed rail has witnessed the great leap of the Chinese nation from being rich to strong, while it has set a new speed, created miracles and broken records.
