More than 4000 "cure" trucks are on their way again

Since April, they have "cured" 4187 damaged and defective trucks, putting them back on the journey.

The increase in the stock of bad trucks restricts the use of loading, and affects the implementation of "stabilizing goods and replenishing passengers" and freight incremental actions. Aiming at this problem, the group company of the Bureau organized and coordinated the West and Rizhao depot and station car system of Jinan, jointly carried out the "repair action of damaged trucks". Since April, it has issued a plan to repair not less than 1440 damaged open cars every month, increased efforts to reduce the stock of bad trucks, and included the completion of the repair task and the utilization rate of station repair operation site into the monthly professional management assessment.

Jinan No.2 depot of Jinan west depot, which is located in the hinterland of Jixi freight yard, is a special level depot for freight cars of the whole road. It is responsible for the maintenance of 5 train inspection yards such as Jixi and Liaocheng and more than 120 special railway lines. In order to improve the maintenance efficiency of damaged vehicles, Jinan No.2 station maintenance yard actively optimizes the station maintenance personnel allocation and operation scheme, and arranges one skilled welding personnel at the front of the process for every five stations, so as to make the following operation links connect closely in time, and reduce the time of people, people and other vehicles.

Jinan west depot three station repair operation fields make full use of scientific and technological means to connect the "station repair number automatic identification management system" with "HMIS station repair subsystem", automatically match the vehicle number of the incoming line, shorten the preparation time of the operation plan, and win the time for the station repair operation.

"Repair action of damaged freight cars" effectively guaranteed safety production. In their actions, they sorted out and summarized the typical accidents, faults and "stepping on the red line" and other outstanding problems of the vehicle system in the past 10 years, and carried out comparative inspection and reflection, and "quick award and heavy award" for teams and individuals who found outstanding hidden dangers and handled emergencies properly.
