Main structure capping of Xinghuo station, the largest passenger station of Beijing Shenyang high speed railway
At 10:28 on May 30, with the closing of the last 13.5m long and 10.8t heavy steel structure member at a height of 37m, the main structure of Xinghuo station constructed by China Railway Construction Group was successfully capped, and the expected Beijing Shenyang high-speed railway was a step closer to the opening of the whole line.
Xinghuo station is located between the 4th and 5th Ring Road in the northeast of Beijing. It is the largest station in the whole line of Beijing Shenyang high speed railway. The construction area of the station building is 183000 square meters, which is equivalent to 25 and a half standard football fields. The total design scale is 7 sets and 15 lines, with a maximum capacity of 5000 people. The main structure of the station is three floors, including two floors above the ground, one underground and some mezzanine; the main body of the project adopts reinforced concrete frame structure, and the roof adopts large-span space steel truss structure. The roof truss of the station covers an area of 42000 square meters and consists of 15000 members welded. There is a "birth certificate" beside each weld of steel structure, and the weld quality can be traced throughout.
During the design and construction of Xinghuo station, the general requirements for passenger station construction of "smooth integration, green warmth, economic art, intelligent convenience" shall be seriously implemented. The north and south sides of the steel structure area are the first and largest parking lot covered with reinforced concrete structure canopy in China, with a maximum of 555 social vehicles. From the parking lot to the station, the average distance is only 200 meters, and it only takes 3 minutes to walk. With more than 600 underground parking spaces, Xinghuo station will greatly alleviate the problems of dense traffic and inconvenient transportation. Integrated design is adopted for station building, public transportation, taxi, subway and other municipal supporting facilities, and "multiple in and multiple out" mode is adopted. Metro Line m3 and line R4 under planning and construction run through the west square of the station to realize zero transfer for passengers. The exit floor is designed with a fast entrance hall. Passengers do not need to go to the elevated waiting room. They can also enter the station quickly from the exit floor.
Since the commencement of the project, the management personnel of Xinghuo Station Project Department of China Railway Construction Group have given up the Spring Festival holiday for two consecutive years. During the epidemic period, the whole project did not stop work. More than 2000 workers fought day and night, seizing the precious 18 day construction period. The project department uses "156 intelligent construction platform" to remotely monitor the on-site construction, real-time grasp the number of employees and attendance, "point-to-point" transfer personnel back to work and carry out nucleic acid detection, establish safety area, observation area and isolation area, and ensure zero infection of all participants.
After the main structure is capped, Xinghuo station will enter the stage of decoration and mechanical and electrical installation, and it is expected to reach the opening conditions by the end of the year. At that time, the train travel time from Beijing to Shenyang will be shortened to about 2.5 hours.
