Shanghai Bureau Group Company: racing against time to escort three medical teams to Hubei

On February 4, 101 members of two national emergency medical rescue teams in Shanghai and the second batch of medical teams in Anhui Province rushed to Hubei by high-speed rail in Shanghai and Hefei respectively.

After receiving the task of transportation support, China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. acted quickly, with the cooperation of passenger transport, dispatching and other departments, worked out the transportation plan. In view of the fact that there are many medical personnel, Shanghai and Hefei stations have opened up special channels for verification, entry and ticket checking, and organized more than 10 passenger transport personnel to set up a temporary guidance team, and launched the service of showing signs to guide the boarding, so as to ensure the efficient and smooth entry of each member.

After knowing that each medical team carries a lot of luggage in advance, the group company of the Bureau temporarily determines the driving plan of "determining the departure time of high-speed railway based on the completion time of medical materials loading", strengthens the docking of station and train units, marks out the designated area in advance on the train, and vacates enough space for luggage storage. 3 party members commandos composed of more than 20 loading and unloading personnel are set up in relevant stations and depots to handle luggage.

As of February 4, the Yangtze River Delta railway has transported 1056 tons of epidemic prevention and control materials, and completed the transportation support work for 806 medical personnel of "three provinces and one city".
