3. From January 28 to February 10, 2020, Urumqi opened z294 / 1 outage; from January 30 to February 12, Xinyang opened z292 / 3 outage.  

4. On January 31, 2020 and February 2, Xining Development Co., Ltd. stopped z4984 / 1.  

5. On February 2 and 4, 2020, Guangzhou opened z4982 / 3 times of shutdown.  

6. On January 28, 29, 30, 31, February 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 2020, Luoyang opened k4584 / 1 shutdown.  

7. On January 28, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 2020, Zhengzhou opened k4425 times of shutdown.  

8. On January 28, 29, 30, 31, February 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 2020, Luoyang opened k4756 / 7 outage.  

9. On January 29, 30, 31, February 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, Dongguan dongkai k4758 / 5 shut down.  

10. On January 28, 29, 30, 31, February 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 2020, k4211 shutdowns of Xinxiang Development Co., Ltd.
