No need to print the ticket, swipe the ID card to be able to enter the station to verify and check the ticket. The Beijing Tianjin Intercity and Beijing Shanghai high-speed rail lines from Beijing South Railway Station have all opened electronic tickets.

With the Spring Festival 2020 approaching, the railway department will update some ticket verification gates before the Spring Festival this year, and the electronic ticket business will cover more lines. According to the plan, during the railway spring festival in 2020, the electronic ticket will basically cover the national high-speed rail lines.

Beijing News yesterday, reporters learned from the Beijing south railway station that the Beijing Tianjin Intercity, Beijing Shanghai high-speed rail and other lines from the Beijing South Railway Station have all started to use electronic tickets, so passengers can enter the station without printing paper tickets and swiping their ID cards. In order to deal with emergencies, mixed verification channels are reserved at each entrance.

It is no longer necessary to print paper tickets to enable electronic tickets

"I bought the ticket on the Internet, but why did I only print out two bills?" Yesterday morning, a woman carrying her luggage found the staff of Beijing South Railway Station in a panic. After the explanation, she was relieved to take the ID card to swipe it. The reporter learned from the Beijing south railway station that at present, the Beijing Tianjin Intercity Railway and the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway have all used electronic tickets.

"With electronic tickets, you don't need to print paper tickets. You can get in directly by swiping your ID card." Dong Fang, deputy director of the ticket shop of Beijing South Railway Station, told reporters that according to their daily observation, most of the passengers have understood the use of electronic tickets. In addition, beside the Internet Ticketing equipment of Beijing South Railway Station, there are also instructions on the use of electronic tickets.

Dong Fang reminds passengers that as long as they purchase tickets online and complete the payment, the system feeds back the number of passengers and seats, which means that they have successfully purchased tickets. After the payment is successful, the page will prompt "the ticket you purchased this time is an electronic ticket, you do not need to exchange for a paper ticket, please check the ticket with your ID card." If you want to buy a children's ticket, you need to enter the information of the passenger's or pedestrian's certificate.

When entering the station and checking tickets, the passengers who hold the second generation ID card, permanent residence permit for foreigners, residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland, and pass for Taiwan residents to and from the mainland can directly use the self-service verification of the certificates and check-in tickets.

Mixed verification channel is reserved at each entrance

What should passengers do if they are worried that the gate is broken? According to the railway department, when designing the electronic ticket system, the railway department fully considered the possible failure of the ticket checking equipment and designed various modes in the ticket checking process. For example, the mode of "self-service ticket checking equipment + special network for ticket" can be adopted. Passengers with valid identity documents can enter and leave the station by themselves through the gate, and the mode of "mobile hand-held ticket checking + wireless network for station car" can also be adopted.

Yesterday morning, reporters in Beijing South Railway Station saw that, in addition to the entrance gate for electronic tickets to brush identity cards, each entrance also has one or two mixed verification channels. Passengers with valid identity documents or ticket information sheets can enter the station through the manual check-in port by using handheld devices.

The reporter learned that if the passenger is still "insecure" and wants to keep the paper voucher, he can print or download the ticket information sheet by himself through the website, or print it in the ticket window of each station, the automatic ticket selling / taking machine and the selling point. It is necessary to remind the passenger that the ticket information sheet is only used as the information prompt of the passenger's ticket purchase, not as the boarding certificate; if the passenger needs to receive the train operation change information, he / she can register the mobile phone number at the time of ticket purchase.

When taking the train, if the train staff check the ticket, the passenger shall cooperate to provide the identity card used in ticket purchase. However, the reporter learned that after using the electronic ticket, the railway department will also implement the service mode of "no interruption". During ticket checking, the steward can see which seats have been sold on the handheld terminal, just check the passengers sitting on the seats that are not sold on the system display.

How to change, refund and reimburse the e-ticket?

Like ordinary train tickets, passengers who use electronic payment method to purchase tickets can go through the procedures of ticket change and refund through 12306 website (including mobile phone client) or the designated window of the station. Passengers who pay in cash or have printed the reimbursement voucher must go to the designated window of the station.

The railway department specially reminds passengers that if they do not use cash to purchase tickets and do not take out the reimbursement voucher, no matter which channel they purchase tickets, they can handle refund or endorsement change in the Internet self-service.

Due to the lack of paper tickets, the problems of missing tickets, reporting lost tickets for replacement and selling fake tickets will be solved thoroughly.

For passengers who need to reimburse travel expenses, they can print the reimbursement voucher at the ticket selling window (including the ticket vending machine and the ticket agent window) of the station with the original valid ID card used when purchasing tickets. The validity period is 30 days from the date of departure or the date of departure. If the validity period exceeds 30 days, you can contact the railway 12306 customer service center.

■ reminder

The mobile phone number can be used to receive train information

When purchasing tickets, passengers who purchase tickets through 12306 website (including mobile phone client, the same below) can print or download the ticket information sheet by themselves; for passengers who purchase tickets through station window and automatic ticket machine, the railway department shall provide the ticket information sheet and ask passengers to check the information on the spot.

It is necessary to remind passengers that the ticket information sheet is only used as the information prompt of ticket purchase, not as the boarding certificate; if passengers need to receive the change information of train operation, they can register their mobile phone number at the time of ticket purchase.

When entering the station, the passenger shall hold the identity card of the people's Republic of China and other automatic identification documents, and can complete the real name system verification and entrance and exit ticket inspection procedures through the self-service gate with the original valid identity card of the passenger used in ticket purchase.

When taking the train, the passenger shall take the seat according to the car number and seat number shown in the ticket purchasing information. When the train staff check the ticket, the passenger shall show the original valid identity card used in the ticket purchasing. Passengers who buy discount tickets need to carry relevant certificates (such as student card and disabled soldier card) for inspection.
