The Provincial Department of transportation came to Zouping to investigate the freight railway special line project
On October 24, Shao Wei, the second level inspector of the Provincial Department of transportation, led the research team to Zouping city to conduct a special investigation on the construction of Zouping freight railway special line project. PI Taitian, Secretary of the municipal Party committee of Zouping, Dou Zhijun, member of the Standing Committee of the municipal Party committee and director of the office of the municipal Party committee, Zhao Dong, member of the Standing Committee of the municipal Party committee and vice mayor, accompanied the relevant activities. A 6031 a 6031 investigation group and their team successively went to the construction site of Zouping logistics station, Changshan Beam Yard, and the continuous beam project of the super large bridge across Qingdao Yinchuan expressway for field investigation, and listened to the work report of Zouping railway department and relevant construction units.
Zouping freight railway special line is connected from Zhoucun station of Jiaoji railway, passing linchi Town, Haosheng street, Gaoxin street and Changshan town of Zouping city to the west, and Zouping logistics station is set on the east side of Maozhang village of Changshan town. The total investment of freight railway special line project is about 6.18 billion yuan. The annual freight volume is 31.5 million tons in the near future and 36.7 million tons in the long term, covering an area of 3497 mu. The main construction content is the line and logistics station project. The length of the main line of the railway is 26.819 km, the grade is level 1, and the number of main lines is double lines. Zouping logistics station is equipped with a cargo unloading yard, all of which adopt 5000t double turn back unloading system, including three sets of coal unloading system, one set of bauxite unloading system, one set of iron ore unloading system, two sets of coal unloading system reserved, and corresponding cargo yard. The goods are transported directly to the enterprise through the pipe belt by the synchronously implemented outward transportation system project, which realizes the closed transportation of goods. The preliminary work of the project was started in April 2017, and the land acquisition and demolition was officially started in 2018. It is planned to be completed in August 2020 and put into use in September. After the project is completed and put into operation, it will realize the transformation of Zouping bulk goods from highway to railway transportation, which can reduce the logistics cost of the enterprise by about 3-5 billion yuan every year, reduce the exhaust gas emission of automobile transportation in the whole region by 4 million tons, and effectively reduce the traffic pressure and dust pollution in Zouping, Zibo, Jinan and other surrounding cities. The project will fundamentally improve Zouping's transportation structure, solve the problems of dust and traffic pressure on Zouping's roads, which is of great significance for the city to accelerate the transformation of new and old driving forces and promote green development.
