South Shandong High-speed Railway and Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Interconnection into the National Railway Network
At 1:30 a.m. on September 6, 2019, with the formal access of the traffic command system, the new Lunan High-speed Railway and Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway have been interconnected and formally entered the "big family" of the national railway network. In order to minimize the impact on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway business line, when the Qufu East Railway Station was connected to the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, the construction scheme of directly connecting the newly-built high-speed railway track to the existing line was adopted, which is the first one in the construction of high-speed rail connection in China. In this way, it brings great challenges to the later construction of cable migration, cutting and installation of additional equipment such as signal machine and transponder, as well as software installation.
In order to ensure absolute safety of access construction, Lunan High-speed Railway Company, together with Project Department of China Tonghao Company, planned ahead of time to conduct repeated investigations on Shenzhen Zha site at the beginning of this year, consulted and demonstrated with Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway Company and Jinan Bureau Group Company, and finally formulated "Cable Relocation and Reconstruction Cooperative Construction" and "Introducing Qufudong Construction". ” The two-stage construction scheme means that 33 cables and 3 optical cables in Qufu Tokyo Shanghai Stock Exchange should be changed. For the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, which runs like a weave, this scheme is tantamount to a major neurotomy and reconnection operation. After 48 skylights of Class III construction, the cable relocation and installation of new equipment were completed safely and smoothly. The construction of track equipment relocation has created conditions for the final completion of access. In the early morning of September 6, after 60 minutes of intensive construction, we completed the replacement of interlocking, train control, centralized dispatching and centralized monitoring software for Qufu East Railway Station, temporary speed limit server software for Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, software for wireless blocking center, and centralized dispatching software for four stations of Jinan Bureau Group Company and Jinan West Railway Station. Replacement has realized the last "connection" of Lunan high-speed railway to Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, and formally belonged to the "big family" of the national railway network.
