What if I missed the train? First time do it!
Have you ever been late by train? Especially during the holiday season, everyone may encounter missing the train. What should we do? Is it a renewal or a refund? Here are your concerns! Travel must be seen! (The following rules do not apply to Hong Kong Section of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong High Speed Railway)
Which tickets can be re-signed?
1. 30 minutes before departure
More than 30 minutes before departure, and no paper tickets can be exchanged for direct online re-signing procedures.
(1) The place of departure cannot be changed, and the destination must be changed 48 hours in advance.
(2) Later re-signing should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
2. Less than 30 minutes from departure
Within 30 minutes of departure, you can only go through the formalities of refund and renewal at the station window.
3. After departure
After departure, the ticket can be changed at the ticket issuance window, but it must be based on the premise that the railway has transport capacity, that is, only the other ticket number on the same day can be changed.
(1) No refund of the ticket renewed after driving;
(2) If the ticket has been changed, it can not be changed again.
(3) The change of signature only changes the date of travel, the number of trains and the seat (shop) location, and does not change the departure and arrival stations (except Tongcheng Station).
Chestnuts: If you buy Z1 (23:59) from Zhengzhou Station and miss the train, it means that you can't change your signature any more. The ticket can only be disposed of as scrap.
How to calculate the change fee?
1. New Ticket Price When the fare is less than the original fare after the re-signature, the difference shall be refunded. The refund fee shall be checked according to the current refund fee standard: Renewal time and handling fee More than 48 hours before departure, 5% of the difference; 24-48 hours before departure, 10% of the difference; less than 24 hours before departure, 20% of the difference. 2. New Ticket Price > Original Ticket If the original ticket is purchased in cash, the difference between the new ticket and the original ticket shall be reimbursed if the new ticket price is higher than the original ticket. If the original ticket is paid online or purchased by bank card in the window, the full amount of the new ticket will be paid, and the original ticket will be returned to the original account at the prescribed time. (1) Within 48 hours to 15 days before the start of the train, if the ticket is refunded 15 days before the start of the train, 5% of the refund fee will still be charged. (2) During the Spring Festival Transport period, the refund fee shall be checked according to the standard less than 24 hours before the driving time. How to obtain reimbursement vouchers? The paper version of the train ticket has the invoice attribute and can be used for reimbursement. Within 10 days from the date of re-signing, change of arrival and refund, the original valid identity certificate of the passenger registered at the time of ticket purchase shall go to the window of the station to obtain the refund reimbursement certificate.
