At 21:43 on July 13, the intelligent Fuxing EMU slowly entered the d21-2 track of Beijing North EMU Operation Station in Beijing EMU Depot. Zhang Kexin, an EMU maintenance worker, walks to Fuxing EMU with a handheld terminal in his hand. An intelligent detection robot with yellow bent arm and white body stays in the trench at position 2 of EMU for standby. Zhang Kexin is the first level maintenance personnel of EMUs in Beijing North EMU. In addition to daily maintenance, he is also responsible for the debugging of intelligent detection robot. At present, Beijing North EMU is equipped with 20 EMUs, and d21-2 track can be used for intelligent detection. After the intelligent Fuxing EMU slowly stopped, Zhang Kexin began to check the technical status of the intelligent detection robot through the handheld terminal to confirm the working track environment. Then, according to the operation tips of the handheld terminal, he carefully checks the train set number and track information of the EMU. After confirming that there is no error, the intelligent detection robot enters the self inspection mode. When everything is ready, the operator sends the start operation command at the handheld terminal, and the intelligent detection robot slowly drives forward to the EMU to quickly scan, identify and locate the EMU bottom and key components. After positioning, the mechanical arm starts to work, driving from the track reconnection end to d21-2 column position, accurately taking photos and 3D processing of each bogie maintenance part, and starting the follow-up machine inspection operation. The degree of freedom manipulator can check the key parts of vehicle bottom without dead angle in any attitude. The robot can automatically detect the visible parts of EMU bottom and bogie, and realize the recognition and alarm of appearance fault of relevant parts of EMU. The detected data is transmitted to the image recognition server in real time through wireless transmission technology, which is analyzed and diagnosed by the image recognition server. The 3D image acquisition module is tested by laser triangulation method, and the detection accuracy is very high. In the process of detection, the detection results and faults are pushed to the first level operators' handheld terminal in real time through wireless transmission technology, and the operators conduct on-site review according to the fault prompt, and backfill the review results to the handheld terminal to complete the result return. At the end of the operation, the first level team members shall check the operation sheet through the printer of the on-line intelligent detection system of the EMU, which shall be signed and confirmed by the first level foreman and quality inspector and then filed. From the front to the rear of the EMU, the robot detection takes 40 to 50 minutes, which can fully simulate the manual operation and achieve the human eye resolution, especially the inconvenience monitoring of manual operation. The introduction of the equipment can not only share part of the maintenance work, but also complete the maintenance work more efficiently under the condition of ensuring the maintenance quality, which represents the highest level of intelligent maintenance in the field of rail transit. In the commissioning stage, Beijing North EMU station repeatedly compared the results of machine inspection and man-machine combination, continuously improved the detection accuracy of intelligent detection robot, and gradually realized the transformation of EMU primary maintenance operation from "human inspection" to "machine inspection".
