Shenyang bureau group company has been loading more than 18000 vehicles per day for 20 consecutive days

From June 2 to 21, the group company of the Bureau has been loading more than 18000 vehicles a day for 20 consecutive days, of which 19867 vehicles were loaded on June 16. Since the beginning of June, the group company of the Bureau has sent 1073000 tons of goods per day, an increase of 21.5% year on year.

According to the characteristics of the transportation of goods within the management, the group company of the Bureau has increased its organizational strength, optimized the loading and unloading plan, and demanded the transportation capacity from the unloading truck. The dispatching department shall establish a production contact mechanism with the vehicle affairs and freight stations, issue temporary dispatching orders in time in case of unloading backlog, and organize the members of the station leading group to the site to organize unloading. At the same time, the high-speed line quantifies the unloading task, pays close attention to the unloading at night, so that the unloading rate at night reaches more than 50%.

The freight centers of the group company of the bureau have strengthened their support, focused on key links, strengthened transportation organization from the source, checked the operation path, and ensured the continuous and efficient operation of unloading. The vehicle, freight, locomotive and vehicle departments shall cooperate closely, increase the input of freight locomotives in the hub area, improve the efficiency of shunting and train inspection, and comprehensively release the transport capacity of the hub. As of June 20, the group company of the Bureau has unloaded 21487 vehicles per day, an increase of 724 vehicles compared with the one to be unloaded, so as to promote loading by unloading and ensure loading by unloading.

The freight Department of the group company of the Bureau vigorously promotes "chart loading" to improve the fulfillment rate of vehicle ordering. According to the principle of "online surplus capacity, loading at service point", they promoted the fine organization mode of "chart loading" in 25 loading stations with low loading fulfillment rate and tight capacity, solidified the operation process and released the loading capacity at the point. At present, the group company of the Bureau has implemented "chart loading" for 11 loading stations, such as Dacheng, Xiaotun, Yantai Mountain, qianyangnan, etc., which provides support for continuous volume loading, and the fulfillment rate of vehicle ordering has reached over 97%.
