Later, it took him another nine months to qualify as the youngest driver in the segment. That year, Guo Xuefei was only 21 years old. In September 2003, Guo Xuefei, on behalf of Duanli, participated in the skill competition of Nanchang Railway Bureau for the first time, and won the second place, and began to make a figure. However, the road of growth has never been smooth. In 2004, he took part in the overall diesel locomotive technician competition confidently, but he was unexpectedly defeated. With the help of his master and workmates, he adjusted his condition quickly and decided to make up the loopholes as soon as possible. When he had no time to practice troubleshooting, he would squeeze out his rest time and practice with the fragmented time before and after work. He takes the way of working in the morning and in the evening to "open a small stove" for himself. Because of the experience of failure, Guo Xuefei practiced more carefully than before. He never let go of every small part and every dead corner. He often practiced for several hours until his back was sore. The next year, Guo Xuefei again represented Duanli in the overall diesel locomotive technician selection competition. He passed the test all the way and was easily selected. Then, in the national railway industry vocational skills competition, he won the third place in one fell swoop. Several times of bitterness and bitterness will bring about good results. Guo Xuefei became one of the best train drivers. In 2006, he joined the Communist Party of China with honor. Sometimes the diesel engine just stopped, and the temperature was as high as fifty or sixty degrees Celsius. In order to seize the time, he went in to check under the high temperature. His clothes were wet, dry and wet. Guo Xuefei's sweat doesn't flow in vain. His professional skills have been improved rapidly through hard training, and he can "get rid of the troubles" of many locomotives. Once, Guo Xuefei's freight train on duty and another freight train previously arrived were waiting at Jiangjia station to avoid the bus. After a passenger train passes, the signal is open, but the freight cars on the adjacent line are slow to move. Guo Xuefei judged by experience that the locomotive was out of order. He ran over and saw that the locomotive meter showed no current and no pressure, and as expected, he was "lying on his back"! Guo Xuefei has long been familiar with the methods of dealing with these faults. In just two minutes, he helped the locomotive drivers of the adjacent line to eliminate the faults and avoid a crash. Since 2009, diesel locomotive has gradually retreated to the "second line", and electric locomotive has become the main force. Facing the new equipment, Guo Xuefei became the first "crab eater" in the whole paragraph. He took the lead in signing up for the training course of electric locomotive operation skills, and soon mastered the key points of electric locomotive operation. The power supply network of Xiangtang Macheng section of Beijing Jiulong Railway has multiple phase separation points. The so-called phase separation point is that there is a blind area without power supply in the adjacent area of two power supply stations, which is tens of meters short and more than 200 meters long. These blind areas are just on the big ramp. When the locomotive passes through these blind areas, once the stewards do not operate properly, the locomotive will easily lose power, resulting in the train stopping on the slope. This section is called "ghost gate" by "big car", and many people have stumbled here. For this reason, Guo Xuefei volunteered to take on the duty of the section. At this time, the advantage of good memory became his advantage again. Guo Xuefei quickly adapted to the complex environment of the section and found out the rules, eliminating the hidden dangers that may lead to slope stop. At the same time, according to his driving experience, he compiled a set of stable, accurate, fast and skillful four word smooth operation method to help the driver achieve stable starting, accurate stopping, fast driving and skillful braking. This year, he was elected as a delegate of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
