Closure of the cable-stayed bridge with the largest unsymmetrical short tower span in Beijing Shenyang high speed railway

At 3:58 on June 18, the control project of Beijing Shenyang high speed railway, namely the closure of the short pylon cable-stayed bridge over Huaihe River and Chaobaihe River of Beijing Chengde expressway, which is managed by Beijing Hebei railway company of Beijing Shenyang passenger dedicated line and constructed by China Railway Third Bureau Group, laid the foundation for the subsequent construction.

The cable-stayed bridge with short pylons is a prestressed concrete structure with asymmetric double pylons and double cable planes. It has the largest span in Beijing Hebei section of Beijing Shenyang high-speed railway, with a main span of 178 meters. The engineering geological and hydrological environment of the bridge site is complex and the construction is difficult. The participating units vigorously carried out scientific research and research, solved the construction problems of the foundation, pier, beam, tower and cable of the short pylon cable-stayed bridge, formed 8 national patents, 7 provincial and ministerial construction methods and 1 guiding industry standard, and filled in the relevant research gaps of the long-span High-speed Railway Prestressed Concrete short pylon cable-stayed bridge at home and abroad.

Beijing Shenyang high speed railway is an important part of Beijing Harbin channel, the main channel of "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway in the national "medium and long term railway network planning", and also an important traffic guarantee facility for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. Since this year, all units participating in the construction of Beijing Hebei section of Beijing Shenyang high speed railway have overcome the impact of the epidemic, actively returned to work and production, strengthened organization, detailed management, strictly observed safety, ensured quality, and accelerated project construction in a scientific and orderly manner.
