"6.16" safety publicity consultation day and three-year action promotion meeting of railway safety production

On June 16, the "6.16" safety publicity consultation day and the three-year action promotion meeting for special improvement of railway safety production jointly organized by the State Railway Administration and China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. were held by video link, with the main venue set in the State Railway Group. Leaders from relevant departments of the Ministry of emergency management, the Ministry of public security, the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas were invited to attend the meeting. Liu Keqiang, member and deputy director of the Party group of China Railway Administration, Guo Zhuxue, deputy general manager and member of the Party group of China Railway Group, and relevant persons in charge of the comprehensive coordination department of work safety of the emergency management department attended the promotion meeting and made speeches. With the theme of "eliminating accident hidden dangers and strengthening safety defense line", the promotion meeting summarized the experience of comprehensive environmental management along the high-speed railway, and deployed the three-year action of jointly promoting comprehensive environmental safety management along the general speed railway and special improvement of railway safety production.

The special renovation of railway safety production is a systematic project, which requires the cooperation, supervision and comprehensive management of all parties. The meeting required that all departments of all units should thoroughly study and implement the important instruction spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping on railway work, especially safety work, conscientiously improve the political position, enhance the sense of responsibility and mission for comprehensive management of railway safety and safeguarding the safety of people's lives and property, and work together to ensure the continuous and stable railway safety. All units and departments should take immediate action, focus on key points and take multiple measures simultaneously, comprehensively carry out in-depth and detailed investigation and treatment, establish two lists of potential problems and system measures, formulate a timetable and road map, clarify the responsible departments, units and requirements for rectification, and work together to make a good start to the three-year special rectification.

Railway safety needs the joint maintenance of transport enterprises, people's governments at all levels and the masses, especially the comprehensive improvement of external environment, which needs the strong support of local governments and departments at all levels. The three-year action of special rectification is both current and long-term. The meeting stressed that all railway units should seize the favorable opportunity of special rectification, conscientiously fulfill the main responsibility of the enterprise, ensure the quality of hidden danger investigation and rectification; take the opportunity of safety production month activity, strengthen publicity and education, create a good social atmosphere for special action of environmental renovation along the railway; further strengthen the road and land Cooperation and co construction will be carried out to realize the joint efforts of the road and the land, seriously deal with the potential environmental problems endangering the safety of the railway, establish and improve the long-term governance mechanism, better promote the comprehensive environmental governance along the railway, and provide guarantee for the continuous safety of the railway.

At the meeting, the special video on the improvement of railway external environment was broadcast, introducing the effect and experience of environmental improvement along the high-speed railway, outstanding hidden dangers of external environment along the general speed railway, the situation faced by railway safety and the next work requirements.
