Improve regional road network to serve the construction of Hainan free trade port

In recent days, China Railway Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has further accelerated the railway construction in Hainan, providing strong transportation capacity support for the construction of Hainan free trade port with high standards and high quality.

In accordance with the requirements of the overall plan for the construction of Hainan free trade port, Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has formulated the "14th five year plan" for railway construction in Hainan area with high standards and high quality, reasonably laid out the plan and well prepared the project reserve. On the basis of the existing Hainan high-speed railway around the island, it has cooperated with China Railway Group to do a good job in the planning and research of Hainan "Tian" high-speed railway, and constantly improved the regional road network planning.

Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. accelerated the transformation project of Sanya Ledong public transport tourism railway in Hainan, striving to start construction as soon as possible in the second half of the year, and alleviating the traffic congestion between the main urban area of Sanya and surrounding urban groups. This project passes through the three scenic spots of Ledong three Bay and Yazhou three city in Hainan, connecting the forest parks in Sanya, Yacheng, longqiwan, Longteng Bay, Longmu Bay, Jianfengling and other places into one, which will help to create a beautiful tourism landscape and greatly promote the development of Hainan tourism.

In view of the fact that EMUs are not able to reach Hainan at present, under the guidance of China Railway Group, Guangzhou Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. actively participated in the preliminary research work of Zhanjiang haikou high-speed railway, striving to get through the channel barrier as soon as possible, and integrating Hainan Island into the national high-speed railway network. This high-speed railway will be connected with Shenzhen Zhanjiang railway and Guangzhou Zhanjiang high-speed railway in the future, which can effectively break the bottleneck of external traffic in Hainan Island and provide more convenience for passengers to enter and leave Hainan Island.
