Jingxiong Intercity Railway (Hebei Section) begins to be laid
At 9:28 on June 3, at the construction site of Jingxiong Intercity Railway (Hebei Section), a group of 500m long rails were slowly sent out from the front of T11 transport vehicle and landed on the ballastless track bed, marking that Jingxiong Intercity Railway (Hebei Section) entered the track laying stage.
Jingxiong intercity railway is an important trunk line connecting Beijing downtown, Daxing International Airport and xiong'an new area. It is led from Beijing West Railway Station, passes through the existing Beijing Jiulong Railway to Liying station, connects to the new high-speed railway line, and passes through Daxing District of Beijing, Langfang city and Bazhou city of Hebei Province to xiong'an New Area in the south. The new line is 92.03 kilometers long, with Beijing Daxing airport, Daxing airport, gu'anton and ba'an new area 5 stations in North Zhou and xiong'an. The Beijing Xiong intercity railway is constructed and operated in two sections, of which the design speed of the section from Beijing West to Daxing airport is 250km / h, which has been put into operation in September 2019; the design speed of the section from Daxing airport to xiong'an is 350km / h, which is expected to be put into operation by the end of 2020.
This track laying operation continues to use the domestic leading intelligent control platform for track laying operation transportation scheduling, achieving the four goals of track laying operation transportation scheduling command informatization, locomotive operation monitoring real-time, construction safety management systematization and statistical analysis automation. According to the construction plan, the track laying is expected to be completed by the end of July, and the conditions for joint commissioning and test run are available in the middle of September.
17 long-distance trains are required for this long-distance transportation, which will be carried out by using the Beijing West Daxing airport section of the Beijing Xiong intercity railway which has been put into operation. In order to complete the track laying task within 2 months, Beijing South Engineering Project Management Department of China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd. strengthened cooperation with all parties, effectively solved the problems of high-speed rail transit route, track laying sequence, blocking period, shunting and transfer, and made full use of the daily "skylight".
In order to complete the tasks of rail welding, transportation and supply of Jingxiong Intercity Railway (Hebei Section) in an orderly manner, the overhaul section of Beijing Industrial and Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. overcame the impact of the epidemic situation, adopted measures such as "double flaw detection" scanning, "four foot measurement" minimally invasive shaping, "inspection + sampling" dynamic analysis, and strictly controlled the rail welding quality.
After the Jingxiong intercity railway is opened to traffic, it will further improve the structure of the high-speed railway network in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and facilitate the travel of people along the line, which is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei and support the construction of xiong'an new area.
