At present, 13 provinces, districts and cities in China have formulated and issued local regulations and rules on railway safety management, including Guangdong and Guangxi, Liaoning, Fujian, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan. The idea of using legal means to protect the safety of high-speed rail also received positive response from the representatives outside the road.
