The specific adjustment arrangement can be published once a year or every half a year according to the time of legal holidays. For example, from January to February 2020, there will be new year's day and Spring Festival, Qingming Festival in the first ten days of April, labor day in the beginning of May, Dragon Boat Festival in the last ten days of June, Mid Autumn Festival and national day in October, but there will be no legal holidays for six months. In the first ten days of March, July and mid August, September, November and the first ten days of December, six small and long holidays can be increased by adjusting weekend arrangements. He said such an adjustment would make the arrangement of holidays more balanced and the organization and allocation of transportation capacity such as railway transportation more reasonable.
