The former Zhengzhou station is the centenary station in the Central Plains, while the East Zhengzhou station is the hub of the meter shaped high-speed railway in Henan Province. On April 6, China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. reformed and reorganized it, and the two directly affiliated stations became one, which was named "Zhengzhou station of China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd.".
The restructured Zhengzhou station is in charge of 2 special stations, 3 first-class stations, 3 second-class stations, 8 third-class stations and 7 fourth-class stations in Zhengzhou and East Zhengzhou, with more than 2500 cadres and employees.
Zhengzhou Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. set up Zhengzhou railway station integration work leading group under the leadership of Party and government leaders, which consists of five working groups, namely, business, safety, security, comprehensive and discipline, to guide the business transfer, personnel allocation, asset transfer, index adjustment, production and office room allocation and file data transfer of the two stations, and set a one month transition period.

In the process of personnel diversion, they stressed both policies and feelings, focused on the "high-speed railway" and "the first line" areas, and properly distributed 87 cadres who needed to be adjusted in the two stations. In 10 days, they not only solved the problem of staff diversion, but also solved the problem of overstaffing of cadres and the problem of staff accommodation in the workshop.
The reorganization has brought a severe test to the safety transportation production. We need to anticipate the new situations and problems that may appear in the aspects of safety management, traffic organization, passenger boarding and landing in advance. In order to ensure the safety and stability during the transition period, the station has formulated the work division plan of the station's leading group, the work plan of safety and stability, the inspection plan of sub line guarantee, and the plan of management personnel guarantee. The cadres at all levels of the station give up their leave and implement the "four plans" according to the division of responsibilities. They highlighted the key points of receiving and Dispatching Trains, boarding and landing organizations, epidemic prevention and control, and used the dual prevention mechanism to fully predict and judge various problems that may occur during the transition period, and formulated targeted card control measures. In the merger, he was transferred to the post of deputy director of Zhengzhou railway station. In his new post, he worked hard without complaint. In this integration, 52 middle-level cadres and 121 management personnel from the original Zhengzhou station and Zhengzhou east station have taken new positions, among which, the principal positions of some departments have been changed to the deputy positions of departments or workshops, the deputy positions of some departments have worked in the workshops or intermediate stations, and a large number of office personnel have been transferred to the grass-roots workshops and intermediate stations for on-site work. In the face of reform needs and organizational decisions, they have come to a satisfactory conclusion with a general understanding and consideration of the overall situation.
The centenary station is located in the Central Plains, and the high-speed railway station leads the fashion. Now, the development goal of "1 + 1 > 2" is gradually realized.
