At 16:16 on April 9, the Fengtai station control project of Beijing "wanghong new landmark" designed by China Railway Design Group Co., Ltd. - the six line simple steel box arch bridge of Fengtai super major bridge was accurately dropped and successfully completed, which laid a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the reconstruction project of Fengtai station, and also added a beautiful scenery line for Beijing.

China Railway Engineering Group Co., Ltd. has undertaken 8 new projects, 3117 kilometers of lines, 2 reserved projects and 508 kilometers of lines in this year. In order to fulfill the annual commencement target, they should meet the needs of key projects in advance, arrange the production of key projects, coordinate the allocation of resources, and ensure the orderly progress of key projects.
Not long ago, five excavators waved their long arms, two bulldozers and seven dump trucks shuttled back and forth to transport earthwork on the construction site of Beijing Shenyang high speed railway spark station and hub related projects in Chaoyang District, Beijing. The scene was full of construction enthusiasm. Beijing Shenyang high speed railway is an important part of Beijing Harbin high speed railway, the main channel of "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high speed railway in the national "medium and long term railway network planning", an important traffic guarantee facility for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, and also a key survey and design project of China Railway. In the face of tight construction period and heavy tasks, the professional subgrade project team of Beijing Hebei section of Beijing Shenyang high speed railway set up by China Railway used cloud platform to work remotely, and completed four road relocation designs and some subgrade supplementary exploration and design changes that affected the project progress in a short time, which provided strong support for site construction.
In 2019, the feasibility study reports of Baoyin, Shenbai and jidayuan railways were approved, and China Railway set up ahead of time to create conditions for the construction of the approved feasibility study report's long and large trunk lines to start as soon as possible. They organized the project team to improve the preliminary design scheme of jidayuan railway, and selected 230 key personnel to ensure the completion of the construction drawing design before and after Shenbai railway station by the end of April. At present, the first draft of the construction drawing of Baotou Yinchuan railway has been completed. After the preliminary design review, the preliminary design verification and repair, supplementary location survey and construction drawing will be promoted simultaneously.
Tianjin Weiyang Yantai Railway and beiyanjiang railway are the two main railways in China. China Railway Engineering Co., Ltd. has overcome difficulties, actively promoted the internal and external work of long and large trunk lines that have not yet started the location survey, arranged personnel of overseas operation branches to be on duty in the site, maintained customer relationship through network, telephone and other ways, and ensured the timely and smooth connection of internal and external operation and production information.
On April 1, the main line bridge of Yantong railway of China Railway general contracting project was successfully erected, marking that the project has entered the online construction stage in an all-round way. In the face of such difficulties as delayed progress and heavy production pressure in the later stage affected by the epidemic situation, the general contracting project Department of Yantong railway carried out in-depth information screening, comprehensively strengthened system guarantee, adhered to the two hands of epidemic prevention and control and resumption of production, found the construction rhythm of Yantong Railway again, and gradually restored normal production order.
At present, the general contracting projects of Shantou Shantou railway, Hangzhou Shaoxing Taiwan Railway, Jiangxi section and Anhui section of Chang Jing Huang railway, which China Railway is responsible for, have entered the normal construction and production state. They pay close attention to the safety and quality of the project, and all the general contracting project departments conduct a comprehensive investigation on the key links such as raw material mobilization inspection, construction management, operation status of large machinery and equipment, and urge the construction unit to rectify and implement the problems found; fully promote the red line inspection of quality and safety, the inspection of the first piece of project, large tooling and equipment, etc. By the end of the first quarter, the epidemic prevention and control of each general contracting project Department of CRDC was basically stable, and the safety and quality were under control.

On the morning of April 19, jingkuan tunnel 2 of Yuxi Mohan section of China Laos railway was opened. This is the first large cross-section tunnel through the whole line, and also the longest single line tunnel through at present. In order to ensure that important nodes will not be shut down, 29 technicians from the project Department of China Laos railway stick to the Laos site during the Spring Festival this year to carry out design consultation, engineering construction supervision and other work. On March 27, No.0 block of two main piers of the largest span continuous rigid frame bridge of Yawan high speed railway was successfully poured, marking the positive progress of Yawan high speed railway project construction. Yawan high speed railway is a key project of the "belt and road" construction. The survey and design team of Yawan high speed railway actively responded to the epidemic situation and seriously carried out the work of epidemic prevention and control, external coordination, production organization, etc. After the outbreak, in view of the situation that some personnel could not return to their posts, the design team increased domestic technical support to Indonesian site, reasonably arranged on duty and remote office; carried out detailed sorting and planning of recent domestic and foreign work, deployed the remaining construction drawings of civil works, construction drawings of interval houses, construction drawing investment check and calculation, subgrade, tunnel change design and other key works. At present, the No. 5 tunnel of Yawan high speed railway has been successfully completed, which is the second tunnel of the project, marking another important stage of progress in the construction of Yawan high speed railway.
The project Department of China Thailand railway adopts the linkage mechanism of on-site personnel and domestic personnel, actively completes the work of project construction drawing review, technical Q & A, cooperation in bidding, cooperation in environmental assessment, etc., and effectively controls the construction quality, safety and progress. At present, the formal segmental beam prefabrication work on the site of China Thailand railway cooperation project is progressing smoothly, and the monthly output value of C1 and C2 construction sections is the highest since the commencement.
