1. On February 4 and 5, 2020, Chengdu dongkai had d2256 / 3 outages, and on February 5 and 6, 2020, Yixing had d2254 / 5 outages.  

2. G846 / 3 times of Lanzhou Xikai from February 9 to February 13, 2020, and g844 / 5 times of Guangzhou Nankai from February 10 to February 14, 2020 were shut down.  

3. From February 4 to February 8, 2020, Nanning dongkai g1546 times of outage, and from February 5 to February 9, Nanjing Nankai g1545 times of outage.  

4. From February 4 to February 7, 2020, k1256 / 7 shutdowns occurred in Wenzhou, and k1258 / 5 shutdowns occurred in Chengdu dongkai from February 6 to February 9.  

5. From February 9 to February 13, 2020, Lanzhou open K228 / 5 times, and from February 11 to February 15, Guangzhou open K226 / 7 times.  

6. From February 4 to February 6, 2020, Nanchang opened k787 / 6 / 7 times, and from February 5 to February 7, Chengdu East opened k788 / 5 / 8 times.  

7. From February 9 to February 23, 2020, Datong open k1365 / 8 / 5 outage; from February 10 to February 24, 2020, Xinyang open k1366 / 7 / 6 outage.  

8. From February 4 to February 15, 2020, the K237 / 40 / 37 outage of Taiyuan Development Co., Ltd. and from February 6 to February 17, 2020, the k238 / 9 / 8 outage of Shenzhen West Development Co., Ltd.  

9. From February 9 to February 13, 2020, Taiyuan opened k903 / 2 / 3 outage; from February 11 to February 15, 2020, Xiamen North opened k904 / 1 / 4 outage.  

10. G278 / 5 times of Qingdao Development Co., Ltd. from February 11 to February 28, 2020 and g276 / 7 times of Guangzhou Nankai Development Co., Ltd. from February 12 to February 29, 2020 were shut down.  

11. G290 / 87 times were opened in Qingdao from February 9 to February 28, 2020, and g288 / 9 times were shut down in Changsha Nankai from February 10 to February 29, 2020.  

12. From February 5 to February 28, 2020, Qingdao opened G318 / 5 times, and from February 6 to February 29, 2020, Chongqing beikai G316 / 7 times stopped.
