Huqiu station is the 11th station of rail transit line 5 phase I project. It is an underground two-story island platform station. In terms of geology, the soil layer in the base plate area of Huqiu station is silty fine sand layer with low bearing capacity and soft soil layer, which is easy to cause quicksand, settlement, collapse and other phenomena when encountering water. The earthwork construction is difficult and inefficient, and the foundation pit is prone to water and sand gushing safety accidents. The construction company overcame the difficulties of narrow site and construction power consumption, increased resource investment, and successfully completed the foundation reinforcement construction in the early stage of foundation pit excavation, which provided a strong guarantee for earthwork excavation and main structure construction.
The name of Huqiu station comes from the neighboring Huqiu village. Huqiu village, a typical "village in the city", has a history of nearly one thousand years. The construction company entered the site from the end of 2017, which was limited by objective factors such as line relocation and land acquisition and demolition, so the construction was carried out later and more difficult. Through the active coordination and organization of the owner and the construction party, the top sealing of the station is completed smoothly according to the time node.
Nanning Metro Line 5
Nanning Metro Line 5 phase I project starts from Nahong in the South and ends at Jinqiao passenger station in the north, with a total length of 20.21km, all underground lines and 17 stations. Among them, Nahong interchange station, Guangxi University Station, Mingxiu Road station and xiaojicun station are transfer stations. Open cut construction is adopted for all stations, and shield method is mainly adopted for construction of section tunnel.
As an important part of the second round of construction planning of Nanning rail transit, line 5 (Nahong Jinqiao passenger station), line 2 East extension (Yudong tanxing Village), line 3 (Keyuan Avenue Pingle Avenue), line 4 (Nanning South Station Xincun) and other lines together constitute the second round of construction planning of Nanning rail transit (the planning was approved by the State Council on January 21, 2015 and approved by the State Council Approved by the national development and Reform Commission).
