China Railway Group holds the working conference on enterprise management and legal affairs in 2020

On the morning of January 7, the working conference on enterprise management and legal affairs of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. in 2020 was held in Beijing. The meeting earnestly implemented the spirit of the working conference of the State Railway Group, summarized the work of Railway Enterprise Law in 2019, analyzed the situation faced, and deployed the key tasks in 2020. Guo Zhuxue, deputy general manager of China Railway Group and member of the Party group, attended the meeting and made a work report.  

The meeting pointed out that in 2019, the enterprise law system of the whole road conscientiously implemented the deployment of the work conference of the whole road, with the theme education of "never forget the original mind and keep the mission in mind" as the driving force, bravely took on the historical mission of leading the transportation powerful Railway, actively made progress, developed innovation, comprehensively strengthened the enterprise management and legal affairs, and achieved new results.  

The meeting stressed that 2020 will be the year when the well-off society will be built in an all-round way and the 13th five year plan will come to an end. It will also be the year when the goal and task of the leading stage of transportation and railway will be achieved. To do a good job in the work of enterprise law is of great responsibility, heavy task and high requirements. The general requirements for the enterprise law work of China Railway Group in 2020 are: under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, earnestly study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the second, third and fourth plenary sessions of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, comprehensively implement the work conference deployment of China Railway Group, adhere to the principle of strengthening the foundation, improving quality and efficiency, and strive to save expenditure, reduce consumption, reform and innovation, so as to promote the governance system of China Railway Enterprises With the modernization of governance capacity as the main line, we will seek breakthroughs in corporate governance, system construction, risk control, safeguarding rights according to law, performance appraisal, etc., improve the level of enterprise management and legal affairs, practically enhance the ability of development driving and legal protection, accelerate the construction of modern enterprise system and legal market-oriented operation mechanism of national railway with Chinese characteristics, and first practice in the transportation powerful railway China creates new achievements.
