Good news: China's top level planning and design of intelligent high-speed rail has achieved important results
On January 4, 2020, the Chinese Academy of Engineering organized the conclusion review meeting of "smart high speed Railway Strategic Research (2035)" project in Beijing. The expert group composed of 15 academicians, including Zhang Jianyun and Nie Jianguo, listened to the report of the project team and agreed to the conclusion of the project after full discussion and inquiry.
According to the academician and expert group, the project has built the intelligent high-speed railway system architecture, put forward the intelligent high-speed railway technology platform and key technologies, formulated the intelligent high-speed railway standard system and evaluation system, and planned the intelligent high-speed railway development roadmap and relevant policy recommendations around the major strategic needs of the national high-speed railway intelligent development. The research results are strategic, forward-looking and comprehensive, and provide The three-stage development strategy of intelligent high-speed railway 2020, 2025 and 2035 will play an important guiding role in the intelligent development of high-speed railway in China; it is suggested to submit the results to the State Council, national development and Reform Commission, Ministry of transport, and China National Railway Group Co., Ltd.
"Intelligent High-speed Railway Strategic Research (2035)" passed the final review, marking that China Railway has made important achievements in the top-level planning and design of intelligent high-speed railway, which has defined the direction for the future development of intelligent high-speed railway. In order to promote China's high-speed rail to continue to lead the way, and in combination with the current intelligent development trend, in January 2018, the Chinese Academy of Engineering decided to launch a major consultation project research on "smart high speed rail strategic research (2035)". The project leader is academician He Huawu, vice president of Chinese Academy of engineering, academician Tian Hongqi, President of Central South University and Wang Tongjun, deputy general manager of China Railway Group. The project is led by China Academy of Railway Sciences Group Co., Ltd., jointly undertaken by Beijing Jiaotong University, Central South University, China Railway Engineering Design Consulting Group Co., Ltd. and 16 academicians of China Academy of Engineering participated in the whole process of guidance. After more than two years of joint research, the project has achieved a number of research results in the top-level design, key technologies, development strategies, innovation demonstration applications and other aspects of intelligent high-speed rail.
Intellectualization has become an important direction of global railway development, and intelligent high-speed railway will be a new round of hot and difficult competition in the field of high-speed railway in the world.
With the rapid development and wide penetration of the new generation of information technology, digital intelligent transformation has become an important development trend. Germany, France, Switzerland, Japan and other railway developed countries have successively formulated strategic plans for the intelligent development of railway. The overall trend is to integrate advanced information technology with railway infrastructure, transportation equipment, dispatching and command, transportation service, maintenance and repair and other fields. The main directions are automatic train driving, intelligent construction based on BIM Intelligent dispatching and command, intelligent operation and maintenance of infrastructure, intelligent comprehensive transportation service, etc.
The project takes the lead in proposing the definition and connotation of intelligent high-speed rail, building a complete system framework of China's intelligent high-speed rail, and carrying out innovative application practice of intelligent high-speed rail in Beijing and Zhangjiakou, with relevant achievements leading the rest of the world.
Intelligent high-speed rail is to widely apply new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of things, mobile Internet, artificial intelligence, Beidou navigation, BIM, etc., comprehensively and efficiently utilize resources, realize the comprehensive perception, ubiquitous interconnection, fusion processing, active learning and scientific decision-making of information among mobile equipment, fixed infrastructure and internal and external environment of high-speed rail, and realize the new integrated management of the whole life cycle A generation of high-speed railway system. The architecture of intelligent high-speed railway system includes technical system framework, data system framework and standard system framework. The framework of technical system includes 3 major sectors, 10 fields and 17 directions, which are subdivided into n innovative applications in 17 directions.
The project puts forward the three-stage development goals of China's intelligent high-speed railway for 2035, and makes a reasonable and feasible implementation path and technical development path.
Focusing on the overall goal of "safer, more reliable, more cost-effective, more warm and comfortable, more convenient, more energy-saving and environmental protection", the construction of China's intelligent high-speed railway can be divided into three stages in terms of time dimension: the near-term (2018-2020), the medium-term (2021-2025) and the long-term (2026-2035). Accordingly, it is defined as intelligent high-speed railway v1.0, 2.0 and v3.0 。 General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we should deepen supply side structural reform and promote the deep integration of big data, artificial intelligence and the real economy. Intelligent high-speed railway has become an important direction of the development of high-speed railway in the world. China Railway has taken the lead in research and achieved preliminary results in the top-level design, key technologies and innovative applications of intelligent high-speed railway. Since the construction of intelligent high-speed railway is a long-term and continuous process, it requires the joint efforts of railway workers and all sectors of society to build an intelligent high-speed railway ecosystem and promote the high-quality and healthy development of intelligent high-speed railway. Under the guidance of the overall development strategy of the intelligent high-speed railway, China Railway will continue to carry out technological research in the fields of intelligent construction, intelligent equipment, intelligent operation and provide important support for the implementation of national strategies such as "transportation power" and "going global".
