Trial one-way inspection exemption

Guangzhou railway administration group of China, together with Guangzhou Metro Group, promotes the implementation of "one-way inspection exemption" in Guangzhou station and Guangzhou east station on the premise of ensuring transportation safety based on the physical conditions and security inspection standards of the existing integrated passenger transport hub. At present, the guide signs, equipment transformation and installation, hardware isolation of inspection free channel and other supporting measures of the two railway stations have been implemented, and the "one-way inspection free" has been put into practice since January 10.

During the normal operation period of Guangzhou Metro, the outbound passengers can enter the Metro directly from entrance / exit C of Guangzhou railway station and entrance / exit I of Guangzhou east railway station without security check according to the internal channel guidance of the station, so as to shorten the time of entering the metro station. Next, each department will adjust and improve the relevant management measures according to the trial situation, so that passengers can travel more quickly and conveniently. One thing to note here is that entrance / exit C of Guangzhou railway station and entrance / exit I of Guangzhou east railway station are all non-entry, so you should remember to exit from other entrances when you go to take the train!

Strengthen the work of environmental sanitation

During the Spring Festival, the municipal urban management department also coordinates with all relevant units to do a good job of environmental sanitation and cleaning around the transportation hub sites such as passenger stations, railway stations, airports, wharves, and other key places, such as the sections where tickets are collected (sold) and emergency settlement points in the territory.

✦ 110 cleaning personnel shall be arranged in the railway station square and the surrounding responsible area of Liuhua district to carry out 24-hour cleaning;

✦ strengthen the management of Yuexiu south bus station and Baiyun Road (for sale) pick-up points and Liuhua area, and ensure that the environment of the railway station and each (for sale) pick-up point is clean and tidy;

✦ 45 sanitation and cleaning personnel are added to Guangzhou east railway station, Tianhe passenger station, east railway station and Dongpu passenger station every day;

✦ 50 additional cleaning personnel shall be assigned to the South Railway Station, north railway station and other transportation hub sites.
