Beijing Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway: a ticket connecting "past" and "future"
On December 30, Zhangjiakou high speed railway station, China's first intelligent high speed railway, was officially opened to traffic, marking the construction of China's first "intelligent" high speed railway entering a new stage. The total length of the new main line of Beijing Zhangjiakou high speed railway is 173.947km, including 70.42km in Beijing and 103.527km in Hebei Province. In addition to the existing Beijing North Station, there are eight new stations, Qinghe, Changping, Badaling, donghuayuan, Huailai, Xiahuayuan north, Xuanhua and Zhangjiakou. This century old railway will take on a new historical mission.
