The main line of Guangzhou Shenzhen intercity railway is 73.996 km long, with a design speed of 140 km / h. Xintang south station is set in Zengcheng.

Xintang south railway station is connected to Guangzhou east railway station via the existing Guangzhou Shenzhen Intercity Railway
