It is expected that the track laying of the whole line will be completed by the end of May next year. Weilai high speed railway is led from Weifang North Station of Jinan Qingdao high speed railway, passing through Changyi, Pingdu and Laixi to the East, and leading into Laixi North Station of Qingdao Rongcheng intercity. The main line is 125.757km long, which is a double track high-speed railway with a design speed of 350km / h. There are four stations in Weifang north, Changyi south, Pingdu north and Laixi northwest. The construction of the first five sections of Weilai high speed railway station is undertaken by China Railway Shanghai Bureau, China Railway 10th Bureau and other units.
