Container intelligent station drives the function upgrading of Railway Logistics Park

After 8 months of technical research and trial operation, on November 29, the railway container intelligent unmanned station was put into use in Zhongding logistics park of China Railway Taiyuan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. This container automation system with the first-class domestic technology level plays an outstanding role in improving the production efficiency of Railway Logistics Park (freight yard) and reducing the safety risk, which fills the technical gap of the same industry in China.

In the container operation of traditional railway logistics park (freight yard), from the information collection, input, verification and check of goods and boxes to the operation of inspection, distribution and gantry crane, manual operation is required, with low operation efficiency, high labor intensity, high safety risk and backward box location management in box area. Zhongding Logistics Park container intelligent station is a container automatic operation system based on the experience of the world's advanced automatic unmanned terminals such as Shanghai Yangshan Port Phase IV and Qingdao port automation terminal, combined with the container operation demand of Railway Logistics Park (freight yard) and the safety requirements of railway cargo loading operation. The system is mainly composed of three parts: "remote monitoring and automation gantry crane + container unmanned navigation vehicle + field management and operation scheduling system". Compared with the traditional railway container operation mode, the system can greatly improve the comprehensive operation efficiency, reduce the safety risk in the operation, reduce the operating personnel, and realize zero emission of pollution and exhaust gas in the field operation.
