For the passengers registered in 12306 website (including mobile app) and successfully completed face identity verification through mobile app, they can also go through the procedures of changing and refunding the e-ticket purchased by others in the railway sales channel by using e-payment method through 12306 website (including mobile app). Passengers who have printed the reimbursement voucher shall go to the designated window of the station to go through the procedures of ticket change and refund as required.

1. Passengers who use resident ID card, permanent resident ID card of foreigners and resident ID card of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan shall go through the self-service gate to check in and out of the station by presenting the original valid identity card of passengers used in ticket purchase.

May not. E-ticket reimbursement voucher, as a valuable bill certified by the national tax department, cannot be processed repeatedly. Therefore, it is recommended that passengers print the reimbursement voucher according to their needs and keep it properly to prevent loss.
