Because the high-speed rail employees give me an excellent experience. My family recovered from a stroke. They went back to their hometown for rest. They started from Suzhou station to Shanghai Hongqiao Station and transferred to Yongfu south station. Since entering Suzhou station, the staff took the initiative to ask if they needed help, and used a wheelchair to send us to the door of the train, without any affectation, everything was so natural.
