At 17:42 on October 25, 57012 trains passed through the disaster area safely, marking the successful completion of the water disaster rescue construction between Lianghong station and Adai station of Chengdu Kunming railway, which lasted 72 days and nights.
From July 29, Ganluo County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province was affected by continuous heavy rainfall, which caused rare large-area geological disasters such as mountain flood, debris flow, mountain collapse, etc. several water disasters occurred between Lianghong and Adai stations of Chengdu Kunming railway, which caused the line interruption.
On August 14, a high-level collapse occurred at K310 km, where the line was buried for 70 meters. After the disaster, China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. quickly organized forces to carry out emergency rescue.
According to the characteristics of wide distribution of slope debris, frequent geological disasters and sudden collapse of mountains in this section, experts decided to adopt two plans of "temporary rescue" and "section relocation" to carry out rescue in parallel.
The temporary access scheme is to carry out slope treatment along the original line, with a total length of 441 meters. After removing hidden dangers on the slope, strengthening the slope structure, treating the slope interception and drainage, and setting up monitoring equipment in this section, the line will be temporarily accessed and the freight train will be started.
In the scheme of section change, a 1.5km long tunnel will be built to avoid the bad geological section, so as to ensure that the passenger and freight trains can pass safely.
According to the temporary rescue plan, Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. organized more than 3000 rescue workers and put more than 300 rescue machines into operation to overcome many difficulties, such as high temperature and hot summer, steep mountains and steep slopes, narrow space, etc., and risked intermittent collapse, high-altitude operation and other risks. In a fierce battle day and night, a total of 180000 square meters of load was reduced and 20000 square meters of slope was anchored.
In view of the unstable geological conditions around the water damage area and the large landslide surface of the mountain, it is not ruled out that debris flow and cutting slope collapse may occur again on the road. In order to ensure the absolute safety of passengers' lives and properties, the train shall be organized in the way of goods before passengers during the temporary resumption of traffic, and the passenger train shall not be arranged temporarily.
It is understood that after the interruption of Chengdu Kunming Railway due to water disaster, in order to serve the production of enterprises along the line and ensure the transportation of key people's livelihood materials, Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. repeatedly connected with key enterprises, adopting a variety of circuitous transportation methods, the farthest route is 1260km, and the freight is the same, making every effort to organize the transportation of goods.
After the temporary rush through of Chengdu Kunming railway, the number of freight trains will be increased from 25 pairs a day before the flood to about 35 pairs a day before the passenger trains leave.
At the same time, Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. will fully guarantee the transportation capacity of Chengdu Kunming railway, continue to do a good job in the transportation of grain, daily chemical, light textile and other people's livelihood materials along the line, and make every effort to meet the import and export demand of raw materials and products of key enterprises.
Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. will keep 5633 / 5634 passenger trains from puxiong to Panzhihua on the basis of Chengdu Kunming Railway South section, add Xifa Chaozhou to Xichang to Kunming k4113 / 4114 and k9453 / 9454 short trains from Xichang to Panzhihua, so as to facilitate passengers from Panxi to Kunming to continue to transfer other trains; add one pair of 5621 / 5622 passenger trains from Hanyuan to Emei on the north section, so as to facilitate passengers to transfer in Emei EMU train to Chengdu.
According to the passenger flow demand, Chengdu Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. will also flexibly arrange the multiple unit trains from Chengdu Chongqing area to Kunming to run again, so as to provide guarantee for passengers from Panxi area to Chengdu Chongqing direction to transfer multiple unit trains in Kunming.
With the opening of Panzhihua Kunming section of Chengdu Kunming railway expansion and reconstruction project and Chengdu Guiyang railway, Chengdu Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. will increase the number of EMUs in Kunming direction in due time.
