"Five-one" Into Poverty-stricken Villagers'Homes
"Thanks to the help of the railway cadres, my Baogu can be peeled as soon as possible." Recently, Zhao Yongquan, a 77 year old villager from group 3, QINGGANGPING village, Changyang Tujia Autonomous County, Yichang City, Hubei Province, took Guo Bing, the team leader and first Secretary of the poverty alleviation team of Wuhan Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and said gratefully.
In order to conscientiously implement the requirements for poverty-stricken households to help each other, Wuhan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. organized 75 cadres from 15 grass-roots units, including Yichang train depot and Wuhan Railway disease prevention and Control Institute, in combination with the actual situation of QINGGANGPING village, to cooperate with the poverty alleviation team in the village to help the poor villagers achieve the autumn harvest this year. According to the principle of "who helps who is responsible, who has problems who is responsible", the group company of the Bureau requires every pair of supporting cadres to practically implement the responsibility of "five ones" activities, i.e. accommodation once a quarter in each pair of helping poor households, cleaning one health student, doing one day of agricultural work, carrying out one policy propaganda and sending one warmth.
The group company of the Bureau requires the pair of helpers to carefully study the national poverty alleviation policy, accurately understand the family members of the poor households and the causes of poverty, so as to know well and ensure that the help is more targeted.
The group company of the bureau also determined the specific quantitative tasks of the main leaders, leaders in charge and supporting cadres of the supporting units to prevent formalism and fraud, incorporate them into the assessment and trace the responsibility, so as to ensure the good effect of the supporting actions.
