State Railway Group Dispatching Department to do a good job in mapping training audit
Since 10:00 on October 11, the railway has implemented the fourth quarter adjustment plan for 2019. October 8-14 is the transitional period of mapping. The transitional period involves 563 passenger cars with adjustments.
This mapping is in the critical period of the battle of "Three Guarantees, Three Increases". The major trunk lines such as Tianjin-Shandong, Beijing-Shanghai and Beijing-Jiulong are synchronously carrying out the semicolon operation plan. A number of new lines such as the Beijing-Xiong Intercity Railway, the Beijing West-Daxing Airport Section, the newly-built Meizhou-Chaoshan Railway and the Haoji Railway have been put into operation one after another, involving a wide range of passenger and freight trains adjusted and great changes In order to ensure stable transport order during the transitional period of mapping, the dispatching department of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. highlighted the checking of old and new plans, paid close attention to training of new plans, and strictly checked and issued dispatching orders.
On the one hand, the dispatching department organizes dispatchers at the same level, especially shift workers, to participate in centralized training, focusing on learning the contents of "one map a day", new line operation plan, alternating period between the old and the new, and alternating key items, so as to master the key points of the new map skillfully; on the other hand, it will reorganize the summaries of nine documents and telegrams related to the alternation between the old and the new, and urge the railway bureaus and groups to strengthen the transportation dispatching system. Learning, earnestly grasp the main types of driving work, key positions of learning and training, as soon as possible familiar with the changes in the new map and operating requirements, so as to pass the exam, certified induction.
In order to ensure the safe, stable and orderly transition, the dispatching department issued Order No. 2182 to standardize the format of the order across the alternation period, guide each railway bureau group company to prepare the new and old alternation statistical table one by one according to the drawing adjustment documents, do a good job in planning check, and ensure the consistency of the data of the three alternation, namely, dispatching command, ticket sales and passenger transport organization. At the same time, they strengthen the safety card control at the source of passenger cars. All the trains running at the departure station according to the new time use the new train number and new formation, and handle passenger transport business according to the new units and new stops. All trains running at the old time use the old train number and old formation, and handle passenger transport business according to the old stops.
During the mapping period, the dispatching department further strengthened emergency response, urged the railway administration group companies to strengthen seasonal safety monitoring, smooth communication channels, strictly implement abnormal operation methods, and make every effort to ensure the safety of high-speed rail and passenger trains.
