Guangyuan to Guiyang to add one pair of EMUs since October 11

On October 9, our reporter Zhang Tingming learned from Chengdu Railway Administration Group Corporation of China that, in view of the recent passenger flow trend, the railway department decided to open a pair of roundtrip trains from Guiyang North to Guangyuan (EMU) between October 11 and December 15. Specific additional driving times are as follows:

from October 11 to December 15, add Guiyang North - Guangyuan D8564/5, Guiyang North 09:27, Guangyuan 15:33; add Guangyuan - Guiyang North D8566/3, Guangyuan 16:07, Guiyang North 21:11.

According to 12306APP of China Railway, the ticket price of D8566 EMUs from Guangyuan to Guiyang is 414 yuan for first class seat and 258.5 yuan for second class seat, which is basically the same as that of Guangyuan-Guiyang EMUs which have been opened at present. In terms of time, the train takes 5 hours and 4 minutes. It is the fastest train from Guangyuan to Guiyang besides D1708.
