On May 3, 2017, the locomotive Department of Shanghai Bureau Group Corporation organized the first piece inspection of HXD2B electric locomotive owner's converter module self-repair in Shanghai locomotive overhaul section, and achieved a smooth pass.
The first HXD1D (C5) bogie self-repairing passes the inspection
On June 7, 2017, this section passed the first inspection of the C5 repair bogie of HXD1D electric locomotive by the locomotive Department of Shanghai Bureau Group Corporation, and achieved a smooth pass.
The first HXD1D (C5) drive unit self-repaired through inspection
On October 10, 2018, the first HXD1D electric locomotive C5 overhaul drive device was self-repaired in Shanghai locomotive overhaul section, and a new breakthrough was made in the self-repairing technology of harmonious locomotive.
First Achievement of 7 Locomotive Maintenance Qualifications
Up to now, Shanghai Locomotive Overhaul Section has acquired seven locomotive maintenance qualifications. They are HXD1D, HXD2B, HXD3C, HXD1B electric locomotive C4 repair and HXD3C, HXD1D, HXD2B locomotive C5 repair qualifications.
First foreign locomotive repaired and delivered
On November 28, 2017, the first HXD3C electric locomotive C5 repaired by Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. was put into trial repair in Shanghai locomotive overhaul section. It took 31 days to complete the repairs successfully. This marked that this section has stepped out of a new road to enter the market relying on the brand effect of intensive overhaul and fine repair.
