160 km/h power centralized EMUs will be put into passenger operation soon

2018-12-31| Pandatrips | News

The real family of this train, which will be introduced by the Xiaobian of the railway network below, is Fuxing. Its scientific name is the 160 km/h power centralized electric vehicle unit. Its family name is CR200J, and the Jianghu people are called "Green Giant". It is the main force that Fuxing family will soon put into passenger transport operation. When it comes to the appearance of the "Hulk" before its transformation, everyone is familiar with it. Believe it or not, look at the picture below.

Very familiar, isn't it? The 25T passenger car, Air-Conditioned Railway Passenger car, bears too many memories of the Chinese people after the new millennium. Every cell phone has an impulse to climb to the upper berth.

According to the demand of transportation and operation development of China Railway Corporation, improving the service quality of existing railway transportation, making full use of the transportation resources of existing railway and the maintenance resources of existing locomotives and passenger cars, China Railway Corporation has upgraded and improved the 25T passenger cars.

After upgrading, the rear end of the train is reconnected with the high-speed locomotive derived from the rear HXD1G/HXD3G by the standardized cab of China Railway, which is used for round trip operation, saves a lot of time for the terminal station to change the trailer head, and maximizes the excavation efficiency in the existing locomotive and vehicle marshalling system. At the same time, the passenger ride comfort, appearance and interior fittings, EMU maneuverability and other aspects have also been greatly improved and upgraded.

The newly launched 160 km/h power centralized EMUs will gradually replace the 25T passenger cars and become the main products of the next generation of passenger cars in China, which will also lead to the upgrading of railway technology and equipment in China.

Perhaps because of the "gene" of the 25T passenger car, the appearance of the upgraded train continues the previous green system, but in color, it boldly uses a more vivid and vivid "national locust green" color, "Green Pi Xia" turned into a "green giant".

Apart from the great improvement in appearance, the "face value" inside the train is also quite capable of fighting.

However, only appearance is far from enough. Only after type test, application examination, disassembly inspection and technical evaluation, can the title of "Hulk" be truly fulfilled, can it obtain model certificate, manufacturing license and product certification of key parts and components be completed.

Work to be done before the train goes on line

Assessment and disassembly inspection of the whole vehicle operation of 160 km power centralized EMUs

February 2018

CRCC organizes and compiles the Assessment Outline for the Operation of Power Centralized Electric Vehicle Units (Control Vehicles) with Speed of 160 km/h, and through the Assessment, starts the Assessment Work.

March-July 2018

CRCC has continuously carried out the assessment of the operation of 160 km/h power centralized electric units (control vehicles). Sample cars are assessed in a variety of routes, diversified routes and complex climatic environment, including Lanxin passenger dedicated line, Lanxin line, South Xinjiang line and Jinghuo line and Lanyu line.

July 2018

CRCC organized a technical meeting on the application assessment of 160 km/h power centralized electric unit (control vehicle) to evaluate the application assessment process. Subsequently, a technical meeting of prototype vehicle disassembly inspection was organized to arrange and deploy the work of prototype vehicle disassembly inspection, and to confirm the final technical status of the prototype after assessment.

End of August 2018

The operation examination and disassembly examination of 160 km/h power centralized electric vehicle unit (control vehicle) were successfully completed.

Subsequently, CRCC cooperated with the main engine factory to apply for model license of 160 km/h power centralized EMUs.

November 28, 2018

The model qualification certificate and manufacturing license issued by the State Railway Administration for 160 km/h power centralized EMUs.

Parts Certification of 160 km/h Power Centralized Electric Vehicle Unit

According to the Catalogue of Certification and Acceptance of Special Railway Products of China Railway Corporation, CRCC actively planned to promote the certification of key parts and components of 160 km/h power centralized EMUs, while the operation assessment and disassembly inspection were carried out, which has been basically completed.

It turned out that the "Hulk" had gone through so many tests before he turned into an engineer. Recently, the "Hulk" has been put into operation one after another. Some high-speed lines will enter the era of EMUs. Maybe it will escort you home this Spring Festival.
